We’re proud to be more than just a landlord. We’ve recently invested over £12.8m in our communities, helping more than 32,500 people in need.
One of our priorities is supporting our community partners. From youth programmes to employment and training support, and from community kitchens to keep fit classes – our partners play a key role in our communities.

We support community centres that are dedicated to improving the wellbeing of local residents. The centres provide essential support to individuals and families facing challenges like food insecurity and social isolation. Services include everything from food banks to wellness programmes, and from social spaces to community gardens.
