As your landlord, one of our key priorities is to keep you safe, as well as making sure your home is well-maintained, comfortable, decent and energy-efficient.
This means we have to regularly check fire and smoke alarms, fire doors, gas, electricity and heating. These checks also help us make sure everything is working properly and that your home complies with the latest safety regulations.
So, if we plan to visit your home to carry out an inspection, please work with us to arrange a date and time that best suits you. By working together and providing access when needed, you’re playing an important role in maintaining a safe neighbourhood for everyone. |

Keeping your home safe, decent and energy efficient |
We recently launched our new Asset Management Strategy, which explains how we’re investing in your homes and communities to keep them safe, decent and energy efficient over the next five years.
It sets out how we’re working with you to improve our services, and improve on how we’ll let you know how, why and when we’ll be carrying out improvements.
Find out more about how the strategy covers our home surveys, major works, energy efficiency improvements and how we’re tackling damp, mould and condensation. |
Our commitment to sustainability |
We’re proud to have been awarded the SHIFT Gold award for the third year in a row. This demonstrates our performance in meeting and exceeding environmental targets across all our operations; including repairs and maintenance, energy efficient travel and how we source contractors and supplies.
Our ongoing commitment to sustainability means we’ll continue to invest in technology, infrastructure and community engagement initiatives that benefit both our customers and the environment. |
We're upgrading our electric meters |
We’re excited to announce the rollout of our new smart meter upgrade programme across all communal electrical supplies in our blocks.
These new meters will help us deliver more accurate billing, streamline our processes and help reduce costs – all without impacting the electricity supply to your home. |
