We’ve updated and improved our ‘No Access’ procedure’, which explains how we access your homes for repairs, safety checks and in emergency situations.
Our new process sets out how we’ll work with you to access your home when we need to check for any potential risks. This means we can assess any issues and take action as soon as possible to keep everyone safe. |
Keeping communities safe from tenancy fraud |
We recently marked International Fraud Week, where we shone a light on tenancy fraud.
Tenancy fraud happens when somebody uses or obtains a social housing home unlawfully, for example, via illegal subletting. Not only is tenancy fraud a criminal offence, but it reduces the number of homes available for people who genuinely need them. It can also lead to overcrowding or unsafe living conditions. |
